Jingxing Holdings (Ma) Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhejiang Jingxing Paper Co., LTD., which was established in Wanjin Jinshi Industrial Park, Seleci State, Malaysia. It is Jingxing Paper's response to the national "One Belt and One Road" strategic policy, in response to the local government's industrial structure adjustment strategy, and based on the century-old development plan of the enterprise. A new pulp and paper manufacturing base in Malaysia for the strategic goal of re-engineering "New King Hing".

The company plans to produce 1.4 million tons of pulp and paper annually, and will use the world's advanced manufacturing equipment and technology, and adopt advanced management concepts to meet customer needs to the maximum extent.

The first phase of the 800,000 tons of recycled pulp board project has been completed and put into operation in 2023; The second phase of the project plans to purchase and install a new 8600mm width, quantitative range 70-160g/㎡ box board production line and supporting, to import American waste paper and local waste paper in Malaysia as raw materials with an annual output of 600,000 tons of box board paper, has completed the main equipment bidding and civil construction project in Malaysia approval process, into the construction stage.
